This pulls your Notion workspace to prep meeting materials with actual context instead of starting from scratch. It searches for relevant docs, past notes, and specs, then generates tailored agendas using templates for status updates, decision meetings, sprint planning, retros, 1:1s, or brainstorming sessions. Each agenda includes timeboxes, owners, and links back to source material. It can also layer in Codex research for benchmarks or industry context. The workflow is thorough, maybe more structured than you need for a quick sync, but if you run a lot of meetings where people show up unprepared, this forces the homework to happen upfront.
