This is a five-phase framework that pushes you to validate problems and markets before writing code. It's built around testing your riskiest assumptions first with real user behavior, not surveys or opinions. You'll run through problem validation, solution validation, willingness-to-pay tests, MVP scoping, and go-to-market validation. The approach is deliberately structured to help you kill bad ideas early, which is honestly harder than it sounds when you're excited about building something. Works best if you're prone to jumping straight into development or if you've shipped products that technically worked but nobody wanted.
