This captures your product positioning, messaging, and audience once so you stop repeating yourself across every marketing task. It walks you through building a context doc at `.agents/product-marketing.md` that other marketing skills reference automatically. You can auto-draft it from your codebase (README, landing pages, etc.) or build it section by section. It pulls out the specifics: ICP, pain points, competitive landscape, customer language verbatim, switching dynamics, objections. The workflow is conversational and pushes you to use exact customer phrases instead of polished marketing speak. Run it at the start of any project, update sections as things evolve. Solid foundation piece if you're doing any kind of ongoing marketing work.
