Alicloud Backup Hbr Test

This is a test harness for validating the alicloud-backup-hbr skill, which handles Alibaba Cloud's Hybrid Backup Recovery service. It runs smoke tests including offline script compilation checks to make sure the main skill's Python scripts are syntactically sound before you actually hit the API. You'll need Alibaba Cloud credentials with minimal permissions set as environment variables. It's purely a testing utility, so you'd only reach for this if you're developing or maintaining the actual backup skill itself, not for production backup operations. With 158 installs and passing all three security audits, it seems like a solid choice for CI pipelines or local validation workflows.
