A meta-skill for building better skills. It walks you through the progressive disclosure model (metadata, then SKILL.md, then bundled resources), explains when to use scripts versus references versus assets, and pushes you hard on keeping things concise. The core insight is treating the context window like a public good and only adding what Claude genuinely doesn't know. Useful if you're publishing skills and want them to actually trigger when they should, or if you keep writing bloated documentation that crowds out the actual work. The bundled resources taxonomy alone (scripts for determinism, references for docs, assets for output files) is worth internalizing.
