Summary
Switches Claude Code into copilot mode where you drive and Claude assists, relaxing the usual worktree and main branch protections. Runs an activation script and sets a 4 hour sliding window with a 12 hour absolute ceiling. Useful when you want to stay in control of the workflow but keep Claude available for on-demand help, like when you're prototyping directly on main or working in a messy worktree state. The mode is meant to be temporary and reverts back to autonomous when the current task wraps up. It's basically a "let me take the wheel but stick around" toggle.
