Beat Competitors

This turns competitor keyword data into a scored roadmap for what to write and optimize next. You feed it your domain and 3-5 competitors, and it categorizes keywords into battleground terms (you both rank), gaps (they rank, you don't), and white space (neither ranks). The scoring combines search volume, winnability, and business value to prioritize quick wins (close the position gap on page one) versus long-term plays (build topical authority first). Includes battlecard templates for tracking each competitor's strengths and weaknesses over time. Most useful when you have SEO tool access to pull keyword rankings, but the framework works even with manual research. Pairs with the brief and build-clusters skills for execution.
