Summary
Gets you back up to speed after context compaction by scanning your workspace for in-progress RPI runs, evolve cycles, git state, and work queues, then assembling it into a single dashboard. It runs six parallel checks, loads relevant knowledge artifacts, and gives you a state-aware next action based on what phase you're in. The hookless fallback support for pre-v0.115.0 Codex is a nice touch for teams that haven't upgraded yet. Most useful when you're switching contexts frequently or got compacted mid-session and need to rebuild your mental model fast. Outputs to stdout or JSON if you need to pipe it elsewhere.
