Autonomous epic execution through parallel waves. This runs the full FIRE loop (Find, Ignite, Reap, Vibe, Escalate) until your epic is done, spawning fresh context workers via swarm for each wave, syncing with your issue tracker (bd or fallback to TaskList), and handling failures through retry/decompose/prune classification. Hard limit of 50 waves to prevent runaway loops. Ships with test-first mode, per-task commits, and automatic lifecycle gates for deps and validation. The name comes from turning the crank to keep the execution loop moving. Best used when you have a validated slice plan and want hands-off implementation across multiple connected issues.
