Beads

Replaces markdown task lists with a git-backed issue graph that survives conversation compaction. If you're bouncing between sessions or need to resume work in two weeks without rereading everything, bd/br stores tasks as nodes with explicit dependencies while bv does PageRank triage to surface bottlenecks. The operating rules are strict about closure proofs and parent reconciliation, which makes sense once you've lost context on a half-finished dependency tree. Honestly most useful when coordinating multi-session work across skills like crank and ratchet, less so for quick one-off tasks where the built-in task tools are fine.
