The Python scripts handle dependency analysis, resource forecasting, and benefits tracking. It's comprehensive but assumes you're running a formal program with executive sponsors, defined decision rights, and quarterly business value targets. If you're just wrangling a few related projects, this is overkill. If you're standing up a multi-million dollar transformation with board-level visibility, the structure here will save you from reinventing governance wheels.
