Configuration is straightforward environment variables. The main gotcha is authentication: Gmail needs app passwords if you have 2FA, and 163.com requires authorization codes instead of your actual password. Useful if you want Claude to monitor an inbox, pull data from emails, or automate responses without building your own integration.
