KillerPDF is a 6 MB single-exe Windows PDF editor built on C#/WPF and PDFium that runs without installation or admin rights. It handles the full workflow: annotate, draw freehand, add text boxes and signatures, merge or split documents, search full-text, and print with annotations flattened. The entire thing targets .NET Framework 4.8, uses Docnet.Core for rendering, and bundles with Costura.Fody so you can drop it on a USB stick or a locked-down corporate machine. No telemetry, no accounts, no Adobe Reader bloat. If you need a PDF tool that works offline and leaves no registry footprint, this is the reference implementation.
