A clean-room Python rewrite of the Claude Code agent harness that gives you CLI tools to inspect the port manifest, audit parity against archived source, and query tool and command inventories. You get dataclasses for subsystems and modules, a query engine that renders porting summaries, and commands like `python3 -m src.main summary` or `subsystems --limit 16`. Useful when you need to programmatically check port status, enumerate what's ported versus backlog, or feed harness metadata into another agent workflow. No external dependencies for core modules, Rust port in progress on a dev branch. This is inspection tooling for people working on or with Claude Code ports, not a runtime replacement.
