Summary
Shows you what's been ingested into your wiki, what's changed since last run, and whether you should append or rebuild. Scans your sources (documents, Claude conversations, Codex sessions), diffs them against the manifest, and gives you a tally of new, modified, and deleted files with size and timestamps. Also tracks project-level history and page visibility (public, internal, PII). The insights mode is a nice addition that analyzes your wiki's link graph to surface central hubs and cross-domain bridges. Basically a git status for your knowledge base, with recommendations on next steps.
