Triage Nda

Routes incoming NDAs into one of three buckets: green for standard approval, yellow for counsel review, or red for full legal. Screens against a configurable playbook or falls back to market defaults, checking for mutual obligations, standard carveouts, forbidden non-competes or non-solicits, term lengths, and sketchy provisions like residuals clauses. Decent first pass if you're buried in NDAs from sales or biz dev and need to figure out which ones you can sign under delegation versus which need to go upstairs. Won't replace a lawyer but saves everyone time by catching the obvious stuff before it hits someone's billable hours.
