This gives Claude a shared TASKS.md file you can both edit, with sections for Active, Waiting On, Someday, and Done. The format is dead simple: checkboxes with bold titles and inline context like "for Alice" or "due Friday". The clever bit is it can drop in a visual dashboard.html that syncs with the same file, supporting drag and drop reordering while you're still editing in your text editor. It'll summarize what's on your plate when asked and knows to extract action items from conversations, though it asks before adding them. Good for people who want structured task tracking without leaving their terminal or adopting another SaaS product.
