Standup

Turns your scattered work into a clean standup update formatted as yesterday/today/blockers. You can either let it pull from connected tools (git commits, PRs, ticket moves, chat threads) or just tell it what you worked on and it'll structure it for you. Works standalone if nothing's hooked up, which is honestly how most people will use it at first. The real value is consistency: run it every morning and you'll never be that person frantically scrolling through commits 30 seconds before standup. It keeps things concise and action-oriented, and you can ask it to reformat for Slack or email if your team doesn't do face-to-face standups.
