Signature Request

Takes a finalized contract and walks you through the pre-signature checklist before routing it for e-signature. Verifies entity names, exhibits, signature blocks, and lets you configure sequential or parallel signing order. If you have DocuSign or similar connected, it creates the envelope directly. If not, it generates signing instructions you can use manually. The pre-flight checklist is actually useful because incorrect entity names are apparently the most common mistake when sending contracts out. Think of it as a forcing function to slow down and catch errors before your MSA goes out to the wrong legal entity.
