Product Brainstorming

This is a sparring partner for product managers who need to think out loud before locking into a direction. It works across four modes: exploring messy problem spaces, generating solution ideas, stress-testing assumptions, and mapping strategic moves. What makes it useful is that it pushes back. It asks "who has this problem?" before you jump to features, forces you to generate seven ideas when you'd settle for two, and surfaces the riskiest assumption in your plan. It includes practical frameworks like Jobs-to-be-Done and Opportunity Solution Trees, but treats them as thinking tools rather than templates to fill out. Best for early-stage exploration when you need challenge more than validation.
