Process Doc

Turns tribal knowledge into actual documentation. You describe a process however it exists today, messy exceptions and all, and it generates a complete SOP with flowcharts, RACI matrix, edge cases, and metrics. The format is opinionated but practical: focuses on who does what, when things trigger, and what to do when the normal path breaks. If you have a knowledge base connected it'll check for existing docs first and publish when done. Most useful when someone's leaving and their process lives entirely in their head, or when you're tired of explaining the same workflow in Slack. The exceptions table is the real value, that's where the actual work lives.
