Sales pipeline reviews usually mean staring at a CRM export trying to remember which deals are actually moving. This skill digests your pipeline data (CSV upload, pasted list, or CRM connection) and gives you a scored health check, flags stale and stuck deals, spots hygiene problems like missing close dates or single-threaded relationships, and ranks what to focus on this week. The prioritization matrix is the useful part: it separates "close this week" from "keep warm" from "probably dead weight you should remove." Works standalone with a CSV, but connects to your CRM if you want it to pull data automatically and update records. Best for weekly reviews when you need to triage 10+ deals fast.
