This one helps you think through headcount planning and org structure decisions. Ask it about team size, reporting lines, or who to hire next, and you'll get text-based org charts, sequenced hiring plans, and cost modeling. It includes solid benchmarks (like 5-8 direct reports being healthy, or flagging when you have fewer than 4 ICs per manager). Honestly most useful when you're planning a reorg or trying to figure out if your structure is creating bottlenecks. The "which hires are most critical" sequencing is probably the most practical feature since hiring order matters more than people think.
