This generates a weighted sales forecast from your pipeline data with best/likely/worst case scenarios, commit versus upside breakdown, and gap-to-quota analysis. You can upload a CSV export from your CRM, paste deals directly, or just describe what's in your pipeline. It applies stage-based probabilities (negotiation at 80%, discovery at 20%, etc.) to calculate weighted values, flags risky deals with stale close dates or no recent activity, and tells you exactly how much pipeline you need to hit your number. The output is structured for forecast calls and includes specific recommendations on which deals to accelerate. Works standalone but gets better if you connect a CRM for historical win rates and real-time data.
