This handles the full workflow of setting up or tweaking a Claude Code plugin for your organization's specific tools and processes. It intelligently detects whether you're configuring a fresh template (by looking for placeholder markers), making targeted changes to one section, or doing a general overhaul. The skill searches your company's Slack, docs, and email to auto-fill details like tool names and workspace IDs, then walks you through a todo list in plain language. It connects relevant MCPs for whatever tools you configure and packages everything as a ready to install .plugin file. Only works in Cowork desktop mode since it needs direct filesystem access to your mounted plugin directories.
