This does the math you should be doing before quarterly planning but usually don't until someone's already burned out. You feed it team size, current work, and what's coming, and it spits out utilization tables, bottleneck analysis, and scenario planning for hiring versus cutting scope. The output format is actually usable in a planning doc. It defaults to sane utilization targets like 75% for ICs instead of the fantasy 100% that breaks teams. If you've got project trackers or calendars connected, it pulls real data instead of making you guess. Best used when you're about to commit to more work than you have people, or when you need numbers to justify a headcount request.
