Think of this as a linter for your CLAUDE.md files. It finds all the CLAUDE.md files in your repo, grades them against actual quality criteria (commands present? architecture clear? current?), and shows you a scored report before making any changes. Then it proposes targeted fixes like adding missing build commands or documenting gotchas it found in the code. The quality rubric is solid: it penalizes verbose obvious stuff and rewards actionable copy-paste commands. Honestly most useful in monorepos where you've got multiple CLAUDE.md files that have drifted out of sync with reality.
