This is a session initialization script that loads your groove workflow context at the start of every conversation. It runs a bash script that outputs environment details, project state, or whatever workflow metadata you've set up, then drops it into the chat so Claude knows where things stand. Think of it as a context primer that keeps you from explaining your setup every time. The script manages its own cache, so you just run it and move on. It's lean by design: if your team uses groove for agent workflows, you'll want this firing first thing every session.
