This is a diagnostic runner for groove, a git-based agent workflow system. It checks whether your repo is properly configured: git presence, version alignment, task backends like beans, memory directories, companion skills (find-skills, agent-browser, pdf-to-markdown), platform symlinks for Claude and Cursor, and native hooks in settings files. The output is a clean checklist with specific fix commands for anything broken. It won't auto-repair, just tells you what's wrong and exactly how to fix it. Useful when you're setting up groove for the first time or debugging why a sub-skill isn't working. The format is clear enough that you can paste it into a bug report.
