Skill Tester

This is a testing utility for validating Claude Code skills before deployment. You'd use it when building or debugging skills to make sure they work as expected without pushing to production first. The description is minimal, but the core value is straightforward: catch issues early in your skill development workflow. It's the kind of meta-tool that's easy to overlook until you've been burned by a broken skill in the wild, at which point you'll wonder why you weren't using something like this from the start.
