Summary
This is a deprecated alias that routes Obsidian desktop automation requests to the unified obsidian skill as of v2.0. It previously handled the official CLI (introduced in installer 1.12.7+), obsidian:// URI handoffs, and developer commands like plugin:reload and devtools. The routing logic was smart about steering you away from the CLI when the job was really headless sync, raw filesystem writes, or richer plugin APIs that the first-party tooling doesn't cover. If you're trying to drive desktop Obsidian from the terminal with explicit vault targeting or command-palette execution, just use the obsidian skill now instead of hunting for this one.
