If you're juggling multi-step agent workflows and tired of losing state between tasks, this is a packet-based orchestration router that keeps a durable ledger in .jeo/ and enforces a plan/execute/verify/cleanup contract. It's not trying to reimplement runtimes. It classifies requests, routes them to the right skill, and requires evidence before marking anything done. Most useful when you're coordinating multiple tools or agents and need resumable state, not when you just want to run a single script.
