Routes explicit ClawTeam runtime requests into the right operator packet: manual team setup with named workers and task ownership, template launches for pre-built coordination patterns, monitoring and recovery for stuck workflows, or profile setup when provider configuration blocks spawning. This is for when you actually want ClawTeam's team/task/inbox/worktree runtime, not generic multi-agent orchestration. The skill enforces honest preconditions (does the underlying agent CLI work before wrapping it?) and keeps packets small instead of dumping giant command sequences. It explicitly routes out to jeo, omc, vibe-kanban, or built-in delegation when those fit better. Useful for parallel developer work, product research splits, or content operations where explicit ownership and message passing matter more than lightweight subtask fan-out.
