This is a workflow router for BMAD (Build, Measure, Adapt, Deploy) projects that figures out what artifact you should write next based on what you already have. If you show up with idea notes, a PRD, architecture docs, or a half-finished repo, it reads the state, picks your project level (0-4 scale), and recommends the single next document or gate that reduces ambiguity now. It explicitly routes specialist work to other skills: bmad-idea for pre-planning concept work, plannotator for approvals, task-planning for execution slicing, and runtime-specific skills like omc or omx when the real blocker is orchestration setup. The core job is packet-first triage across Claude, Codex, Gemini, and OpenCode workflows without dumping every phase rule at once.
