Dependency Tracking

Handles dependency mapping and tracking across teams and systems with a focus on identifying critical path items before they become blockers. You get dependency type categorization (finish-to-start, start-to-start, etc.), visualization tools, and metrics dashboards. Most useful when coordinating multi-team projects or complex integrations where one delay cascades into others. The approach is straightforward: map early, update weekly, and escalate critical path blocks immediately. It won't magically resolve organizational silos, but it does surface the "Task B is waiting on Team C" problems that usually hide in status meetings until it's too late.
