This captures insights as you work and turns them into searchable, structured markdown files. It listens for phrases like "this worked well" or "remember this for next time" and walks through a seven-step process: validates the insight is actually reusable, extracts context from your conversation, checks for similar existing docs, generates a timestamped filename, validates YAML frontmatter against a schema, writes the file to a category folder, and offers to cross-reference or promote to critical patterns. The blocking validation gates mean you can't skip the schema checks, which keeps everything consistent. It's aimed at building a personal knowledge base that compounds over time rather than losing what you learn between sessions.
