Summary

You set per-task and per-session budgets, allowlist recipients, and the agent operates a non-custodial wallet within those bounds. Use agentwallet-sdk for Base and other EVM chains, or OKX Agent Payments Protocol for X Layer. The source includes a helpful decision tree for buyer versus seller integrations and working TypeScript examples that show proper budget enforcement hooks. Worth noting that the OKX path has some deprecated aliases and the docs warn you to fetch current SDK references before production because payment packages change frequently.
