Use record_case to log the decision, what you rejected, and why. Over time, find_patterns detects what keeps coming up and suggests promoting them to formal rules via record_case. Built for teams that want their AI coding sessions to build institutional memory instead of solving the same problem twice. Integrates with claude.ai Projects via custom instructions or Claude Code via CLAUDE.md. Runs on streamable HTTP at sekichi.fly.dev, supports both personal and team tenants via URL parameters. Currently in open beta with possible breaking changes.
