Exposes a single refund_eligibility tool that you call with subscription details to get a clear approval status based on each vendor's terms. Reach for this when you're building customer support flows or personal finance tools that need to automate the "can I get my money back" question without manually parsing policy docs. The server has handled over 1,000 calls with solid uptime, suggesting the underlying policy logic is reasonably stable. Note that this evaluates eligibility only, it doesn't actually process refunds or interact with vendor APIs directly.
