Summary
Connects Claude and Cursor to DevMatch's candidate search engine, which ranks engineers based on git-verified contributions across 35 million profiles. You can paste a job description or project README and get back a list of candidates ranked not just by technical skill but by inferred values from their public writing. The MCP exposes search, profile retrieval, and similar-project queries directly in your editor. Useful when you're hiring for a mission-driven team and want to skip the LinkedIn keyword matching in favor of actual commit history. Requires a free DevMatch account for an API key.
