Summary
Connects Claude to the National Weather Service API for live alerts, watches, and warnings across the US. You can query by state, county, alert zone, or alert type (tornado warnings, flood watches, heat advisories, etc.). Useful when you're building location-aware tools that need to surface severe weather, automating emergency notifications, or just want Claude to check if there's anything active before recommending outdoor plans. Part of OlyPort's federal data collection, so it follows the same pattern as their other servers: streamable-http transport, free tier with 100 calls per day, one-line config addition to Claude Desktop.
