Wraps Lovdata's public API (api.lovdata.no) to give Claude full-text search and citation lookup across Norwegian statutes and central regulations. You get FTS5-powered queries over all gjeldende lover, provision retrieval by LOV identifier, currency checks to see if a statute is still in force, and EU basis lookups for EEA-transposed directives. All text is verbatim from the NLOD 2.0 licensed corpus, no LLM summarization. Reach for this when you're writing contracts, checking compliance obligations, or validating Norwegian legal citations without tab-switching through lovdata.no. The server also offers citation formatting per Norwegian conventions and cross-reference navigation across chapters and sections.
